$112,000,000 Mega Millions Jackpot Claimed in Trust

CLEVELAND, OH – The lucky winner of the April 18, 2025, Mega Millions jackpot has claimed in trust.

The winning ticket matched all five Mega Millions numbers and the Mega Ball to win the $112,000,000 jackpot.

James S. Ausse, Esq. is trustee of The Ironwood Family Trust. The winner chose the cash option prize of $49,317,482. After mandatory state and federal tax totaling 28 percent, the trust will receive $35,508,587.

The winning ticket was sold at Giant Eagle, located at 4401 Mayfield Rd in South Euclid, Ohio. Since joining Mega Millions, Ohio has had 21 jackpot winners.

Mega Millions is a national game sold in 45 states, Washington, D.C. and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Drawings are conducted every Tuesday and Friday.
